I don't believe that all of these reviews are geninually from customers. Some of the verbiage is identical and sounds like it comes from a marketing brochure.

I purchased my hearing in Florida and experienced some technical problems. I found your Cary office on-line and contacted them who referred me to Paul Fowler. He advised me he works in an office in Pinehurst, NC two days a week, so I visited him there which is much more convenient. He was extremely professional and courteous, diagnosed the problem as a faulty charger and replaced it. He also recommended I get rid of the molds as I was feeling that my head was clogged up all the time and replaced them with retention wires. I ... read more

I like the convenience of the charging station and not having to change batteries. The staff is professional and courteous. The sound quality is superior to my previous hearing aids. I like the convenience of the remote and the ability to change settings depending on the environment. I would highly recommend Zounds.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my Zounds hearing aid. They offer flexibility in various situations. The recharging features are great. I really did not know what I was missing in the world of sound. Best move I ever made for my hearing welfare. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

The technicians & staff at Zounds were very professional & helpful when i was being evaluated & tested. I have had my new hearing aids for about 2 weeks now & I'm very pleased with the results. I shouldn't have waited so long to get hearing aids, its made a big difference in my quality of life.
