Had excellent experience with everyone, they are very helpful. Me being a new client on hearing aids is an experiment and I am so glad that I have come to Zounds in Chattanooga where Glennd Bird, owner and Betsy co-owner/marketing are doing a great job. Everyone is so friendly from Julie the receptionist and Jerry Hall - hearing specialist. Whenever I have a problem - I will be right back and referred Zounds to many people.

Had no previous experience with hearing aids, so nothing to compare to, but they seem to work just fine.
I have been a user of hearing aids since 1980. Sure, when I was seated three feet in front of a person in a quiet room, I could carry on a nice conversation using those aids. When I was out in the noisy real world, however, they left a lot to be desired. When I was first fitted with my Zounds aids, I was impressed with how quiet they were. I thought to myself. I found the people very professional and caring. They are service-minded and are there for you when needed. The product is superior, better than any that I have had in the past.
Appreciate consistent courtesy. All repairs here - don’t send them out. Out of town-same day service. Rechargeable batteries - that’s excellent. Not really interested in live testing.
The Zounds hearing Aids have allowed me, with serious hearing loss, to continue my public life with participation actively in Board Meetings for several health related organisations not previously possible due to my hearing loss.
