Thank you for providing me with a pair of Zounds hearing aids three weeks ago. The service at Zounds is outstanding. I have never worn hearing aids before so this is a new experience for me. I was very comfortable with the testing and was amazed at how well I could hear immediately. I knew I had a hearing problem but did not get tested because I did not want to pay the high cost of hearing aids. In January of 2013 while shopping at Sams I took a hearing test and got their hearing aids. I kept having trouble with them. They quit working or they would sound extra loud noises. They were adjusted and or replaced. I had 5 sets of hearing aids in 6 weeks before I gave up and returned them for my money back. Then in October of 2013, I saw the Zounds sign. Friends and family have noticed a big change in my hearing. I’m hearing sounds I haven’t heard in a long time such as hearing my clock tick. I’m very much pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent hearing test was given to me, very caring and professional staff. Hearing devices are very comfortable and I would recommend Zounds to anyone.

I live in Texas 7mos. A year and in Alaska the other 5 most. I was worried about having a problem with my new Zounds Hearing Aids while in Alaska because Zounds doesn’t have an operation in Alaska. I was assured by Zounds that if I had a problem that they would take care of it. Sure enough, I had a wire break on them. I called them and they told me to send it to them and they would fix the problem.
