Dr Zottola went from the best to the worst! I took my wife there with an infection in an old implant he did. He refused to do an xray, looked in her mouth and claimed he saw no infection. ( she was in serious pain) Dr Z then proceeded to "see" if the implant was loose, so he cranked on it with his wrench! It turned slightly, he said its not supposed to move.
