First time hot tub owners and we are loving it. Our experience with Zorra has been exactly as we’d hoped when we chose an out-of-town family business. They were efficient, timely installers, explained the maintenance program clearly and patiently, and have been responsive and friendly with any inquiries to-date! The hot tub itself works beautifully, as advertised.
Excellent service from Nick! I cannot thank him enough. I needed a part that is backordered everywhere, he was kind enough to help me out even though I am out of province. He truly went the extra mile to hook me up and get me the part needed. I highly recommend doing business with Nick at Zorra Hot Tubs!
