It’s hard because the nail tech did a good job, but that’s it. Management is terrible. They cancelled my original appointment the day before. I was going to go with a friend and we both had to move our schedules around to go together. I reschedule for a few days out but my friend can’t make it (which I told them). I get there and they ask where she is. I explain and turns out there was a mix up. They tell me I have to pay full price for her appointment because of their cancellation policy.
