When beer distributors arrive the service lacks; while the staff gets endless free merch (shirts, coozies, and beach towels) the customers have to repeatedly ask for service even while sitting at the bar right next to the distributors. I was up in Grand Rapids for the first time this weekend and we came here on Friday night. We had a great time playing pool and having drinks.
My family and I just walked out without even ordering our meal. Terrible customer service by the gal washing our table off. After having the condiment caddy slammed down on the table in front of us and not a word spoken we decided to take our business elsewhere.
