Called to make an appointment do to concerns with my eye. I never said it was an ER. The young lady told me she could get me in that afternoon. So I went. Once checked in and waiting 20 min I was taken back and finally put in a room to wait for Doctor. After 30 min of waiting I stepped out to sit in the waiting room directly across from the room I was in to watch TV until I could see the doctor show up.
