Business response:
We have refunded $60.00 to Taylor Bon and this issue has been resolved. Due to the misunderstanding between Taylor Bon and Zoomerz Automotive /Lewisville Texas staff. Zoomerz came to the conclusion to refund the difference between the lifetime alignment and a one-time alignment, since the lifetime alignment was not honored due to the suspension work or tires done outside of Zoomerz Automotive which voids the lifetime alignment warranty.
Business response:
Mrs. Bon we understand your husband bought a lifetime alignment with us. But once he had someone else or another shop work on his vehicle for any suspension work the lifetime warranty with Zoomerz automatically gets voided. The reason why is because we cannot go back and fix someone else's work by doing the alignment again and for free. This was stated at the time he purchased the lifetime warranty.
