Do not use for primary care. It is a bait and switch. I scheduled an annual physical. The first 2 times I scheduled with Julie Passon at the Wilsonville clinic. Both times, in an email the day before, I had confirmations with an different provider, a man Christian Marchant. I had to cancel those because all I wanted was a Pap smear, which I did not want a man to do. Kelly King is quite the friendly PA to visit, for a wellness check or when you’re experiencing symptoms of illness. Easy and quick to make an appointment!
So, I have been coming here just shy of a year now. Every single time, I have a positive experience. Joanna helps me settle in, laughs at my lame jokes, and Chris remembers things like the watch I wore last visit, helps me chill out talking about cars and things that assist in reducing my health anxiety. We saw Reda Bassaly PAC today. He was very thorough. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood. He made us feel valued and that he genuinely cared about the wellbeing of his patients.
