I came in with a nail I had drilled into and broke apart (oops! ) and all the staff from the front desk to the Dr were amazing. I felt well cared for and the convenience can't be beat, made a 7:30pm appt at 4pm, was seen early and I'm out the door by 7:50. It's never *fun * to go to the Dr but I actually had a good time, had some laughs and even got a Scooby Doo bandaid. Definitely a great option for emergency care!
Was at ER last night 2 1/2 hours, nothing done, we ended up just going home to rest. Got here at zoomcare super, within 15 mins,lots of things were done and my wife started to feel better.
Dr. Lee has seen me a couple of times over the past year and he has been very caring, patient (even when I wasn't) and most importantly has helped me get better every time.
I’ll give them an A+. The team at Super care was fantastic. I’m new to ZoomCare but so far I think they are great.
This is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review on Google, especially for a medical facility. I visited a year ago right after a skiing injury, carefully explaining my symptoms. They performed an X-ray and a couple of physical tests, then quickly concluded it was “mild swelling at best” or “possibly an MCL sprain, but unlikely.” I was told it would resolve soon and was rushed out without much chance to ask questions or provide more details.
