Kendra (practitioner) and the intake person during my visit were exceptional! I have an embarrassing amount of anxiety in regards to examinations and my fears were put to rest. I was given plenty of heads up in regards to each exam portion, which put my mind at ease. Kendra laid out a follow-up plan that was clear and gently imparted urgency. The kindness and care that I received is something that I really value, and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone going here when they have a mildly urgent concern.
I waited for over an hour. No one ever showed up to the visit.
So easy to schedule and very friendly and helpful provider. I love having an actual appt time and virtual services so I don't have to leave work/home.

NOT AN URGENT CARE. They have less tools available to them in the office than an average ambulance. If you need a shot or have the sniffles, this is the place for you if you're fine with being upcoded. If you need an urgent care, don't go here. It's a school nurses office in a trenchcoat.
