NOT AN URGENT CARE. They have less tools available to them in the office than an average ambulance. If you need a shot or have the sniffles, this is the place for you if you're fine with being upcoded. If you need an urgent care, don't go here. It's a school nurses office in a trenchcoat.

I had ear wax buildup in my right ear that was dimming my hearing. The PA irrigated that ear to remove the ball of wax. He decided to irrigate my left ear even though it didn’t need it. The procedure requires gentle pressure to avoid damaging the ear drum. The PA used considerable forceful pressure that was very painful. Since then (2 weeks ago), both ears have had tinnitus that I never had before. I will never go there again and recommend avoiding this place for ear irrigation.
I have always had great experiences at the St. John’s Zoom Care location. Everyone is very kind and I can quickly get an appointment when I need to! I saw Stephanie Sanderson yesterday and she was compassionate, made me feel comfortable, and quickly got me the help that I needed. Thank you!
