Friendly staff. Clinic clean. PA did excellent job. The phlebotomist did a very good job. Very nice experience.

The ease of making an appt to be seen is five star on its own. Kaiser was telling me I needed to be seen right away. First availabe appt was 30 days or Urgent Care and wait 3-6 hours to be seen. Zoom was easy in, great staff. Facility is bright and clean. Highly recommend
Went here with an infected abscess and they sent me away without doing anything except referring me to a surgeon who didn’t even specialize in that type of surgery. I went to Providence the next day and they were MUCH more helpful. I did end up getting a consultation from a different surgeon I found myself who told me I definitely did NOT need surgery and they were shocked Zoom Care didn’t prescribe me antibiotics or drain the abscess (Providence did both). DO NOT RECOMMEND.
From the moment I walked in I felt very cared for. The darling, sweet and very competent physicians assistant was kind and patient and made me feel at ease. Dr. Wa was amazing. Took his time, listened to all the symptoms, carefully explained what medication would be best. He was kind and honestly cared that I get better.
