Kendra was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. Also, the phlebotomist who attended was one of the best I've had.
I used to love zoomcare, they were efficient, convenient and reasonable. Unfortunately, they changed something about their business structure between 2024 and 2025 that has caused their care to be poor, as well as disorganized, over priced, and borderline fraudulent. I had 2 swabs done here and my appointment lasted maybe 5 minutes. My bill was $800. Healthcare costs are insane at this place and they will take you to court over your bill.
The Doctor saw my needs and was able to assure me the medical problem wasn’t something anxiety induced but a true issue that I needed to get treated. It was a catalyst for getting a diagnosis and treatment.
