Edit- ***Zoom billed me in July 2026 for a visit in Oct 2025. These were labs that according to insurance r included in the r exam but since it’s been over 180 days from the visit i must submit an appeal to be investigated. Meaning lots of forms and time from me. Zoomcare is Unprofessional and I find it interesting they waited over 7 months to bill as I’m sure they’re aware of the 180 days. *****My doctor died and I scheduled an annual wellness exam to meet a deadline on HSA Funds. Dr Fisher did an excellent job explaining my condition and treatment options. I feel that I am on the right track to address my disease.
A timely assessment and treatment options were given with a friendly demeanor by the doctor… nice woman! we also shared our common interest in preventive medicine and chatted a bit of our experiences.
I made the appointment same day, was seen on time and got great bedside manner with quick and caring answers.
