My doctor died and I scheduled an annual wellness exam to meet a deadline for HSA Funds. They were unwilling to fill out some insurance documentation to enable $200 going into my HSA. Literally cost me $. Wellness/annual exams they advertise are to be avoided if u have similar incentive funds for your HSA
