Super sweet staff! I’m used to bigger health care facilities and recently switched insurance so I thought I would try zoom care. I felt like they went above and beyond. I made a mistake making a wrong appt. And they helped me with rescheduling and a referral, they were so genuinely kind. It is nice to be validated and seen by health care workers, esp when coming from places were I’ve felt ignored/irrelevant. Thank you, truly!
