Went in for a routine lab test with Adam at the Burnside location. The test has always been a $10 copay with my normal provider, but Zoomcare charged me $400. Wasn’t given any warning that my bill would be so ridiculously expensive. I looked up the billing code, and it was a bogus up-charge. I contested the bill, AND WON. The bill disappeared for a few months, but now they’re sending me the same texts asking me to pay the bogus bill. Got a same day appointment easily. Staff is so friendly. And Angie Nazar is an amazing, compassionate and thoughtful person. If I need to seek urgent care again, I will come to this location.
It’s 100° outside today and Burnside Zoomcare won’t let an elderly person sit inside because “they’re still on their break”. It’s 10 minutes before my appointment and they asked me to be here early.
