Made an appointment the time changed while I was heading over. The system didn’t use the phone number that booked the appointment to call back so never got the message. System also didn’t retain insurance information. All was handled well by the staff but the system was awful.
I went in for mild chest pain and difficulty breathing, and was in and out in five minutes. The care was professional, if not extensive, and I was prescribed and inhaler before being sent on my way. When I received my bill, I found that I was charged just under $500! insurance covered half, which meant I ended up paying $50 a minute for their service. I will not be making any more appointments with them, nor will I be recommending them to anyone I know.
I’m disappointed to be having to write this review amongst so many glowing stars. I saw Adam King a few weeks ago for a persistent sore throat. I let him know this was not the normal progression of illness that my body has for viral infections and also said that I dealt with this exact feeling previously and it required antibiotics. I had a great experience at ZoomCare. I was able to make a same-day appointment, which was incredibly convenient. The doctor was thorough, took the time to listen to my concerns, and provided clear, helpful guidance. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident about my care. I also want to highlight the receptionist, who was especially kind and helpful throughout the process. They made check-in smooth and were genuinely friendly, which made a big difference.
