I arrived early for an appointment to get stitches on an accident and Tina Barber was the nurse who saw me. She was calm, sweet, friendly and funny and let my boyfriend come in to hold my hand and play some music to distract me. I wish she was my regular doctor. Great care from zoom care always but Tina was really next level.
I recently saw Christian Marchant, PA-C, for a pelvic exam, and I was nervous about seeing a male provider. However, he was professional, kind, and attentive, which helped me feel comfortable. He also had a chaperone in the room automatically, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience
I was visiting Portland and very sick. I went to ZoomCare even though it was outside my insurance because I was unsure where else to go. I didn't have a car and it was close to where I was staying. They charged $250 upfront which I agreed to. They did a rapid strep test, and it was negative. They then suggested another strep test for labs for 125 and a COVID test for 125. Colin is the best! We had a dog bite end of day on a Friday and he stayed late to accommodate us after we had been turned away from other locations. His bed side manner was amazing. Got us in and out so quickly. Give the man a raise!!!
