Super sweet staff! I’m used to bigger health care facilities and recently switched insurance so I thought I would try zoom care. I felt like they went above and beyond. I made a mistake making a wrong appt. And they helped me with rescheduling and a referral, they were so genuinely kind. It is nice to be validated and seen by health care workers, esp when coming from places were I’ve felt ignored/irrelevant. Thank you, truly!

Went in for a routine lab test with Adam at the Burnside location. The test has always been a $10 copay with my normal provider, but Zoomcare charged me $400. Wasn’t given any warning that my bill would be so ridiculously expensive. I looked up the billing code, and it was a bogus up-charge. I contested the bill, AND WON. The bill disappeared for a few months, but now they’re sending me the same texts asking me to pay the bogus bill.
