Do not go here for urgent care. I was billed for primary care, as another review stated which was 3x the cost. I went in to get antibiotics for a sinus infection, and they told me to follow up if I continued to have symptoms. I tried to follow up by calling the office directly, but they told me to use the patient portal. It's like talking to a robot via the patient portal - my only response received was that "I was supposed to follow up with 7-10 days" but no advice or help. So I paid $260 to go talk to someone to tell me to... read more

I have had nothing but positive experiences at the LoHi location. I’ve seen Christine Irelan several times and she has been exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful. I’m grateful for all her help.

Unprofessional. Rude. The FNP, Christina Irelan, chastised me for asking questions before my scheduled appointment that I showed up early for and was made to feel like an inconvenience. I’d recommended going elsewhere to be treated with kindness and care.
