Dr Michelle goes above and beyond to explain medications finding the cost effective prescriptions for under insured patient. Knowledgeable and resourceful told us about GoodRx.com website. I didn't know what kind of service going in ZoomCare I would expect. This turns out to be great. I would visit again if in need.
The front desk staff is arrogant and rude. And totally not seen want to help. Very disappointed.
Professional service all throughout. Dr Linda carried her examination thoroughly and maintained a clear communication while doing so. Answered all my queries with great insight. Overall a smooth experience right from check in to being examined.
Perfect urgent care clinic especially compared to overlake urgent care! Linda Chu is most professional, effective and nice!! Please don't go to the clinic which would wasted your time and moeney!
