I really hate that RNs or PAs can perform the same duties as MDs. They’re not flexible and avoid doing anything that involves even a little responsibility or requires making a decision. It’s such a hassle.
Staff are very friendly, sweet, and patient. I have known tough veins and blood drawing has always been a pain for me. The three lab technicians, the lovely young gentleman whom I can’t recall his name, Zehava and Rye, have been beyond gentle with my care. They gave me ice pads heat pads juice and everything else to ensure my comfort. It’s never fun to visit medical facilities, but they have made my visit much better and I will choose to come back to this location if I need to visit doctors again.
We scheduled our appointment fifteen minutes before we had to be there. Due to the crowded traffic we got there at 12:49 and when we got in, the lady at the front desk told us we were past their five minutes late policy. We couldn’t reschedule and she was incredibly arrogant.
Called at 12:30 PM for a routine physical to get a sports eligibility form completed. They said they weren’t busy now and offered an appointment in 15 minutes at 12:45 PM. We scrambled to get in the car and sprint there but traffic and parking delays meant we walked in at 12:50 PM. but were summarily turned away by the front desk, saying their policy is not to see anyone who arrives five minutes after the scheduled appointment. I’ve had such a positive experience here over the past year. Whether I visited the urgent care or primary care clinic, the staff have consistently been professional, kind, and attentive. From check-in to follow-up, everything has been smooth and well-organized. The providers really take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure I feel comfortable and informed.
