Erin was excellent. Very professional, gentle, and friendly. The front desk service was prompt and top notch, too. I could have went to Kaiser for free, but I’m glad I went here instead. (And instead of waiting five hours to be seen, because KP doesn’t have any appointments available.)
I woke up at 3am feeling terrible. Was able to schedule a 7am appointment, when they first opened. They were timely, compassionate, helpful, did all they could to make my visit easier and simpler despite my obviously feeling absolutely miserably sick. Will definitely return.
I made an appt ahead of time and I was was in and out pretty quickly. They even filled my medication there so i didnt need to go to the pharmacy after. Everyone was nice and Im very happy with my experience.
ZoomCare is too good to be true. Ease of scheduling, knowledgeable, caring & efficient staff. Female & male care providers! When I can’t ever see my own GP for weeks out, I am extremely grateful for ZoomCare.
