***Update*** I was able to hear from someone at Zoomcare billing. Due to a system error, it's seems many were impacted like I was. They are a small team and there is likely a lot of work to be done on the back end due to this error. They canceled my card on file agreement, which resulted in the automated charge, so that if this should happen in the future, I will not be charged. Refund is expected. Scheduling was so easy, they saw me early since no one was before me and Dr Erin was wonderful! So attentive and kind. Highly recommend her and ZoomCare
I just wanted to please give a 'shoutout' to Madi and the team there. We were needing a refill on my moms medication and they were able to see us quickly. Madi at the front was so kind as well as the doctors who have helped my mom are so caring and kind. I am not surprised they have great reviews. I hope Madi can get recognition on how great of an employee she is. She has great compassion and we will continue to go back there!
