Wow! I could not have asked for a better experience at the Bridgeport ZoomCare. I had flu-like symptoms and wanted a same-day appointment, but none were available online. I went into this location expecting to be turned away, as they advertised "limited walk-ins available." To my pleasant surprise, Joanna at the front desk was able to work some magic and get me in with Dr. Bassaly within 40 minutes. I have come to love Zoom! They are there for me when I need the most. The staff is second to none! The doctors are simply amazing and seem so happy to be working there and love what they do! My doctors do not feel rushed and have taken such good care of me! Can’t say enough about this place!
