Staff is great. Alas my insurance isn't.
Dr. Tim Wilcox provides excellent care; good listener and easy to communicate with - terrific primary care provider. Office staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Wilcox and Zoomcare at Bridgeport!
Was able to get right in and be seen. Staff was absolutely wonderful and the provider was excellent! He listened to my complaints, concerns and was able to prescribe me the medications I needed. Highly recommend this location!
They referred me to a Podiatrist at their NE Broadway location for plantar fasciitis. That Dr. gave me lots of advice and a cortisone shot and spelled out exactly what to do. Thank goodness for her…I’m so much better now. Thank you.
Do not use for primary care. Might be ok for urgent care needs or one simple issue like a cold or the flu. One issue at a time. Scheduled an annual physical. When we got there they wanted us to do a regular visit because they said they would not address any other health concerns within an annual physical. We understood and complied.
