Do not use for primary care. Might be ok for urgent care needs or one simple issue like a cold or the flu. One issue at a time. Scheduled an annual physical. When we got there they wanted us to do a regular visit because they said they would not address any other health concerns within an annual physical. We understood and complied. They ordered labs, lab tech was out so couldn't do them that day. Went to do a follow up at different location due to it being closer location wise for a health concern. I had an okay experience. I’m complex medically and on vacation. My rheumatologist always recommends a certain regimen if I’m feeling a certain way because with my autoimmune disease it can progress quickly. I went into zoom care hoping to have them help me get to feeling better because I have had good luck in the past. They basically told me to take a nap and use saline.
