Every time, and I mean every time, I go to see my doctor at Zoom Care, I am impressed with the ease, the cost, and most importantly the care that I receive. I recommend them above all other health care I've ever received.
The receptionist was very nice and on top of it. The Physician’s Assistant, Reda, was one of the most detailed and invested physicians I have met. The questions he asked and the follow up he suggested was impressive. I gave this a score of 4 because ZoomCare is still not on top of their online paperwork. We lost an appointment slot due to ZoomCare not sending out Wellness Check paperwork or making it available to upcoming patients so we had to take one of our appointments slots to complete the paperwork that should have been... read more
I am writing this review because what happened at ZoomCare caused a serious delay in my ability to receive medical care, and that is not something I take lightly. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk staff member, Chris, was polite and professional in attitude. However, during the long check-in process, he held my driver’s license and medical ID in his hand while wiping his nose — twice — and then continued handling my documents. Dr and staff were fantastic!
Spent two days trying to get an emergency refill on a med I left at home while traveling. I was in and out of here in 10 minutes with my problem solved! Crazy.
