Eff this place. I drove an hour and 20 minutes in from far away after being fighting with the website because it kept saying an appt was available and then not after I tried to schedule it. I arrived 8 minutes late and they informed me they have a 5 minute late policy and then lied to my face saying I was 10 minutes late when I was in fact, 3 minutes over. Billing issues and lack of basic communication I was charged 200 for a 10 min visit. During the actual visit I paid a 30 dollar copay and wasn’t informed of additional charges. I was told the copay was the extent of what I’d need to pay. In the next few days they charged a card on file without notifying me for an additional 200 dollars. I was five minutes late and was asked to wait another five while they dealt with another patient. I was then told I would need to reschedule because I was late. I was scheduled for an STD test which typically requires no more than 15 minutes of sample gathering. Zoomcare is a pioneer in the bureaucratization and privatization of the human body. 10/10
