I was told at this clinic AND by my insurance provider that my visits would be paid in full, which was a total lie. I now owe $426 and zoomcare staff is completely unhelpful and rude and they also wouldn’t work with my insurance company to wait for them to fix/reprocess my claims. IMO this is literally evil to do to someone who was just trying to seek care. I will never ever be back at a zoomcare anywhere
I actually really like the staff and care I received at this location, however they led me to believe my visits would be covered by my health insurance, my health insurance provider also indicated my visits would be covered. Apparently the provider I saw wasn’t in network with my insurance which has resulted in a huge bill that I will now I have to setup a payment plan on. Very friendly staff. Got us checked in right away. Justine PA-C was very professional and got me scheduled for the needed CT scan that day. Highly recommend this if you have an urgent need
