The clinical care I received was good, however Zoom Care takes 0 responsibility when it comes to billing your insurance provider. They will claim the services you're receiving are covered and then when they bill the insurance company, the insurance will reject the way Zoom Care submits your bill and you will be left with the charges. Zoom Care will do absolutely nothing to work with you other than send you back to your insurance provider. No one takes responsibility.
