Billing issues and lack of basic communication I was charged 200 for a 10 min visit. During the actual visit I paid a 30 dollar copay and wasn’t informed of additional charges. I was told the copay was the extent of what I’d need to pay. In the next few days they charged a card on file without notifying me for an additional 200 dollars. I was five minutes late and was asked to wait another five while they dealt with another patient. I was then told I would need to reschedule because I was late. I was scheduled for an STD test which typically requires no more than 15 minutes of sample gathering. Zoomcare is a pioneer in the bureaucratization and privatization of the human body. 10/10

I had such a good experience with Zoom care. I was able to be seen within 15 minutes of walking in. The NP who I saw was very thorough, kind, and efficient. Both she and clinic staff went above and beyond to get me the medications I needed when many services were closed for the weekend. This was a gamechanger in getting me the time sensitive care that I unexpectedly needed!
