I have to say zoom care is really unprofessional they just keep add more bills than ever. Mess up the codes as well. I recommend go find another primary care instead of them
Absolutely do not recommend coming here. My visit was incredibly dissapointing and I had such high hopes. I came in with a lung and sinus infection, and I had explained to the doctor who had seen me that I have a history of lung infections as well as sinus infections, and she even stated she saw that in my chart. She completely disregarded every word I said, and I told her I could hardly breathe without wheezing and coughing (for about 3 weeks BEFORE I CAME IN, at which point she did not order a chest xray even AFTER i told ... read more
The doctor was lovely and helpful, very knowledgeable. Front desk was also very pleasant and helpful. Just the app and customer service over the phone sucks!
Tech was great. Equipment is broken. Had to schedule me at another location. Very inconvenient for something the tech has been in requesting be fixed for months.
