The team at the ZoomCare Cedar Hills are consistently kind, efficient, and capable. As you can imagine, I don’t really review urgent cares often (who would) but we have only had repeated easy and positive visits so far, with low friction to being scheduled and seen. They are great with children as well.
Five stars for the blood draw from Michelle during my wellness check. Rarely, and I mean rarely do you get a blood draw where you feel absolutely nothing. Michelle pulled that feat off. Pretty impressive.
Felt like they care. They helped with what they could, but it was limited due to my insurance not fully supporting their location. They provided recommendations on where I should go for more help.
The staff were just so helpful, Allie was just so patient ,can't recommend this office enough thank you!
