Paperwork, scheduling appointment & check-in were great. However I saw Allie Draper FNP because my left ear had a build-up of wax (I struggle with this time to time and have been seen for procedure in past). She said because I scheduled a 15 minute appointment (I just chose a time) she would not use drops to soften the wax and wait a couple of minutes. I drove an hour to be seen for my medical needs. I arrived very early and I was greeted promptly and very friendly bye the young lady (who’s name I don’t remember). I was able to see Dr Barber within minutes. She was very friendly and polite. I was out the door in about 20 minutes with all my questions answered. If I could give more stars to these lady’s I would. Thank you 🙏
Daughter was having severe ear pain, crying constantly for an hour but they turned us away because they were closing in an hour and didn't have time. Won't bother coming here again.
Very happy I chose them. They have been great and take the time to listen to what I have to say. They work with me on my care plan instead of telling me what to do.
