Easy to book an in person appointment online and able to go in the next day. Mark efficiently and empathetically let me go through my full list of questions. Michelle was great (painless and fast with the blood draw). In an area difficult to find a PCP I was so happy to have found this office.
UPDATE: It is their automated billing portal (Aetna?) combined with my own insurance’s incompetence that led to the increased charges. Zoom’s billing was able to help submit the necessary documents to get that redone. Upped a star as the service rep was particularly good. UPDATE: trying to get any reasonable response out of ZoomCare appears to have resulted in some form of retaliation and they now want nearly $1000 from me. Good luck reaching out to them over the phone! The pharmacy didn't receive my prescription after an hour, and I tried calling them using all the provided options on the answering machine, but I had no chance to get in touch with anyone!

Christian Marchant, PA-C listened to me for a few minutes, said he couldn’t help and sent me to the ZoomCare Super on the East Side; Christian didn’t do anything. I have to say zoom care is really unprofessional they just keep add more bills than ever. Mess up the codes as well. I recommend go find another primary care instead of them
