I came in today to touch base with the doctor regarding an appointment from two days prior. Was treated with complete disrespect. They were behind schedule so I understand being stressed out but you need to remain professional when you're a doctor.
Love using ZoomCare. Staff is very attentive, caring and supportive. Lauren and Sam were wonderful! Highly recommended!
Billed me for a diagnostic rather than a preventative care visit without my knowledge and without my consent. My visit went from being covered by insurance to being $366.08. The billing department was absolutely uncompromising and unwilling to work with me at all. Avaricious private-equity owned operation that is everything wrong with healthcare in America today. DO NOT COME HERE.
Good care from staff, but it is closed at 5pm even though the hours posted state open until 6!
