Total scam! If you have any follow up questions or concerns they will not help you, they insist you book another appt so they can charge you another $300. This has happened to us several times through zoom care, so if they prescribe you the wrong medication you’re out of luck! Do yourself a favor and book through a normal provider that you can connect with after the fact.
I cannot say enough good things about this place! As a full-time working mom to young kids, I rarely have time to take care of myself and therefore never saw a doctor. I now have a primary care that I can get in easily with, at times that work with my schedule and they respectful of my time taking me at my appointment time and getting me out quickly. It is such an amazing gift to working moms! Highly recommend!
Excellent zoom care! I saw Dr Hagen, who was great, very knowledgeable and reassuring. Very much recommend this location!
I have gone in for care here a few times now, and I am always very satisfied with the exceptional service I receive. It’s convenient and very efficient. Easy to make an appt. Caring and knowledgeable providers. I’m really impressed with Zoom Care.
I hate to leave a negative review, because I've come here for primary care for years. I'm going elsewhere from now on though. My insurance initially denied a claim from a visit here. Instead of letting me know, they just charged my credit card almost $700. After I submitted the claim, my insurance paid it. The billing department initially said they hadn't received payment, but I'd get a refund when they did.
