Not sure what happened because I had great experience here before but my annual this year was horrible. They didn’t have a phlebotomist working that day so, rescheduled me to a different location where the phlebotomist wasn’t on site that day either. That new location called 20 min before my apt. They couldn’t do flu or covid shots and told me to go to my pharmacy since they weren’t in, I’ve never heard of a doctors office not having flu or covid shots. I went in before a international flight to make I was not sick and pretty much had a conversation with the provider. No test just a simple conversation. I then left and asked to front desk how to pay and she said no you're good. I asked again since I usually have a copay and she once again said no your good. I come back from my trip to multiple letters from Zoomcare saying I have a bill. Awesome and very quick. I am from out of town and I was really nervous going somewhere new. Super nice and was seen fast also got meds there.
