I went to the Beaumont Village ZoomCare in Portland OR & was seen by Taylor Cervantes. I was experiencing severe back pain after having thrown out my lower back. I was promptly seen by Taylor. She took my vitals & explained everything I needed to do in perfect detail. She prescribed pain med & muscle relaxer & explained how to take/manage these meds as well. Taylor also gave me an exercise program to follow for my back once the pain dissipated more. Taylor was great & was very responsive & respectful. Highly recommended
I’ve been to the Beaumont Village ZoomCare location 3 times in the last month…. Once for each of my kids and most recently for myself. I scheduled online for the same day, check in was seamless and fast, care was efficient, kind, and thorough, and most recently, I was able to get my prescription right there! Also, it was super clean and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. For a sick person, I’m pretty darned thrilled. Highly recommend this location.
Great way to see a good doctor quickly and easily. Dr. Cervantes has great bedside manner, explains things clearly, and is sharp... I hate feeling like a doctor is just treating me like a branch on a flowchart, and she doesn't do that. I go here and I prefer taking my kids here over their pediatrician; we can be in and out in the time we'd have sat in the waiting room.
Taylor Cervantes is caring, efficient, highly knowledgeable, and able to quickly and effectively provide treatment. She goes beyond that to offer detailed explantations and instructions, better than many doctors I’ve been treated by. Location is convenient, friendly, clean, and such a pleasant experience every time.
