Never will I use zoomcare, again. I used to actually enjoy having a reason to go. Doctors were friendly, it was quick (both of these are still true) and it used to be affordable. I went in for two very simple procedures that took about 10 minutes, each. In the past it only cost me around $25 with insurance. After a few bumps in the road with my insurance, I got an appointment at the NE Alberta St office of ZoomCare. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly and a great experience moved forth from there. Jonathan (PA-C) came to get me and escorted me to an examining room. He is so friendly and easy to talk with. He set me at ease as we went through 3 concerns I had for today. One by one he gave me options to a solution. We were in this together.
