dr jon and front desk team were awesome! i was taken care of quickly and had meds ready immediately at the end of the visit
Wouldn’t recommend. Their follow up communication process is horrible. If you have any questions or problems, you have to log in to a clunky portal that constantly logs you out and wait 2 business days for a response. Dr Jon did not fix my issue nor was there any support from him post visit. They just keep wanting you to come and do visits to get any help. They did not help me.
Thank you Zoom Care Alberta! I was able to make a late night appointment on line which was a life saver! The care team was welcoming and supportive. I was in and out within an hour with a course of treatment. Such a huge relief!
I usually like zoomcare but my latest doctor Ryan Cordell made me feel like i was inconveniencing him. It seemed like he had trouble talking to teenage girls as an adult man, and I did not feel seen or heard at all.
