ZoomCare will only bill insurance as a primary care visit, NOT urgent care, so don’t let the name fool you. My insurance (like many) will only cover out-of-network providers if the visit is billed as urgent care. Either make sure the provider you’re seeing is in-network or get ready to pay $500 out of pocket for a 10 minute visit. Other than the billing issue, ZoomCare was quick, easy and even had the antibiotics I needed in stock. Dr. Wilfrid was incredibly compassionate, helpful, and patient. I cannot say enough positive things about this location and staff. They are fantastic.
I just love being able to go online, make ann appointment for 2 hours later, get my meds and get out.
Provider Wilfrid gave excellent care. He was kind, compassionate, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and he explained everything clearly while making me feel heard and cared for. I really appreciated how thorough and efficient he was!
