Even though it was late at night, the incredibly kind staff and doctor helped me when I had an earache. They were so warm and patient with me, even though my English isn’t very good. Their kindness made me feel so safe and comforted. I was truly relieved. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I was disappointed in the care provided. My doctor didn't seem to care much about my symptoms, performed tests incorrectly, and provided incorrect documentation in my chart. My provider didn't make any effort to get to know me, introduce themselves, or even make eye contact when speaking to me. I was also disappointed with the billing and insurance policies. I had a wondeful experience here a few days ago. Staff were knowkedgable and attentive. They dedicated enough time to my appointment to help me feel comfortable about my care. This location was able to draw blood for lab testing without me needing to go offsite. Excellent experience from both the PA I saw and front staff.
Went in after hours for a suspected UTI. Received care from a PA more knowledgable than most board-certified gynecologists that I've seen regarding the needs of post-menopausal women. Five stars.
Staff was friendly, however its is a perfect example of our current state of healthcare, charge you a premium to tell you that they don’t know what your issue could be and you will need to see someone else. But hey, they’re in house! 10min with this person, boom, $260, next! Wanna really know what could be wrong, gotta see this person, oh what’s that? Gotta pay them too for their services, but you don’t know what they’re gonna charge? $510 just to find out what might be causing your issues. Insane.
