Had a very good experience yesterday with the provider. She was patient and let me explain what my symptoms were. I didn’t feel rushed as I have experienced before at other Zoom clinics. She cared and wanted to make sure she was taking care of my medical needs. In the end she decided I needed to have X-rays done and lab work. She made an appointment for me at a zoom clinic not far from this office. I’d definitely come back if anything ever pops up and I need care. The space was also nice and clean as was the bathroom.
I made a appointment yesterday morning. I confirmed twice I was going. But for some reason they sent me an email my appointment was canceled. No reason was given, and they have not helped me make a new appointment.
I have never been so upset about trying to schedule a follow up appointment. First, they diagnose me wrong and then when I try and follow up they tell me they can’t see me because of an insurance card in my file for secondary insurance that happens to be state funded. When I tell them I’m not even sure it’s active and I will delete it, they actually told me they were going to make a note in my file so that I could never get another appt with them
Gee thanks for putting on Google Maps that you don't take Medicare or Medicaid! /sarcasm. Would have been helpful to a traveler from out of town as well as others so that you don't waste their time.
I scheduled my appointment for the weekend because I am a solo parent who works full time. When I arrived, the entire clinic was closed. I was given no notification. When I called the phone number, apparently they had sent out an email only hours before that had landed in my spam inbox. It was a complete waste of time, gas, and money for me.
