I was in a motor vehicle accident with persistent pain, I went to this Zoom Care location given the proximity to my home. I was booked to see Caroline Butler and I waited to see her 1 hour. The above person, right away after entering the room told me that if I want pain control the option she can offer me are a referral to pain clinic vs referral to orthopedics, because she does not do pain in her clinic, that if I want that I should go to my PCP clinic. I asked her if those are the options then how come she can not provide ... read more
