I had the BEST experience at this Zoom+. I was going through an emergency (duh) and I had been having the worst day after the worst week going through serious pain and the NP had such a great energy and she couldn't specifically help my ailment but gave me advice for next steps - to the ER. She then checked back in that night to double check that I was okay and that is above and beyond which we see less and less in this fast moving world. I highly, highly recommended! Do not go to to ZoomHealth. Fraudulent insurance practices. They deny and delay to completely ignoring corrections after admitting fault. Tried to bill me close to $800 for what should have been $80 with in network provider. They gave me an incorrect refund and then have completely stopped replying to emails and picking up the phone. They apparently don’t know how to make a distinction between an administrator and a network, but you pay for their negligence. Avoid. It’s theft.
