I was at this ZoomCare today and was seen by Laura, the PA. What a lovely, wise, patient and helpful PA. She assessed my situation quickly, got the meds I needed and was genuinely interested in my recovery. She asked I return on Tuesday for a follow up and said her regret was that she wouldn't be at this client that day to reconnect. How kindhearted and caring is that? Dr. Julianne Brower is a breath of fresh air! She has excellent communication, is skilled at her job and is patient focused. She gives clear information including pros/cons and does a fantastic job providing the right amount of facts/science so that you understand your options. She was able to figure out and successfully address a concern that another dermatologist told me I'd simply have to put up with. I’d like to give high praise to Wendy, the PA (I believe), and her staff at the Woodstock location. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the other staff member’s name, but they were all wonderful. Wendy was incredibly caring, explained everything thoroughly, and was genuinely kind. I became very sick very suddenly and was in a great deal of pain and discomfort.
