Had a great appointment with Amy, was worried based on what another provider said when I was getting X-rays and was out at ease by Amy’s expert opinion. Not at risk of needing surgery, great outcome and quick appointment.
Dr. Amy Theppote is great, I see why they chose Zoom Care as a name. The Dr. is waiting for you and gets you right in. No waiting for your Dr. The answers you need with no wasted time waiting around. Dr. Theppote was very caring and treated me like family going the extra mile to really understand my needs and went beyond my expectations for care. My referral from her for additional care was immediate and I personally wii chose Zoom Care and recommend them to any one in need of urgent care or anything needed actually.
Yvonne was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, proactive with her questions, and incredibly thorough in how she tried to understand my situation. I definitely felt cared for by her.
I went to zoom care because of a monor war issue, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I really appreciated their thorough and professional care.
