They failed to charge my card after I authorized it, didn't tell me, and then sent me to collections. Horrible billing practices, and the health records from prior to July last year aren't even available outside of a special procedure. I used to love them, but seriously rethinking visiting due to their billing practices.
I’ve been to this location a few times and I would not recommend this location for a blood draw. I spent 40 minutes being poked around and the girl was really nice but this was a complete waste of my time. The end result was no labs being completed. I’m really not sure what the issue is but they for sure need more staffing. The poor girl walked in and out around 5 times to help the front desk.
Staff are friendly and prifessional.
I got a same day appointment, only waited a couple of minutes to see PA Abbey who diagnosed me quickly and accurately. After explaining to me what was going on she gave me some meds that relieved my symptoms same day. The support staff were kind, efficient and helpful. This is exactly what I was hoping for and I give them an excellent rating.
