Woman who works most days here, she is the best. HEY ZOOMTAN GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE, she always working hard and valuable employee to hold onto. She gets 10 out of 10.

My wife just had a bad experience, there was (7) bulbs out. This is not acceptable in anyone's eyes. Even after she just complained about this. We are paying good money for a good experience. So please ZoomTan get it together and clean it up. (BUFFALO RD /ERIE PA)
This one is the worst, the receptionist constantly ignores customers for personal conversations with friends. The one outside of the mall is way better, you can actually use the service you pay for.
