The lady that’s there almost every day is never up front and she will NOT come check you in unless you ring her stupid bell. She’ll literally walk through hallway and see you standing there but acts like she doesn’t see you. I waited there for 11 minutes once and when she finally came out, she made a comment that the bell is there for a reason.
