I highly recommend the Zoom Room in Bellevue. Saber, the Manager, is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, warm, friendly and does it ALL with grace and professionalism. Our dog is close to testing for the CGC and Saber, with Assistant Manager, Remy, head trainer Princess and wonderful Advanced Obedience trainer, Mai, are all going above and beyond to ensure we achieve this huge goal so we can move on to even higher achievements down the road. Checking out the Zoom Room was one of the best decisions I’ve made! I was visiting from northern Ca to spend time with my family. My 10 year old granddaughter adores my 5 year old lab, Dawson. My family isn’t able to bring a dog into their family at this time, so I thought it would be fun to take my granddaughter to the Zoom Room to watch one of the puppy socialization classes. Confusing. Trying to take agilty classes. First had to have a one on one evaluation that included questions and two stuffed dogs on leashes bounced around other side of the room one at a time. Then scheduled for an obedience class. Instructor didn't know why I was there if i wanted agilty so told me to go home and she'd have manager call me. Got long email from manager about how I didn't complete obedience class so can't move into agilty. Confused
