We teach group Obedience, Agility, Puppy Training, and Tricks classes, all in our beautiful indoor climate-controlled dog gym. I am writing to inform others of our situation it hopes they don't treat you this way. (Specifically Santa Clarita location) I couldn't be more disappointed with this whole franchise like others we were sold false promises and had to pay almost $2000 upfront. We were promised 39 sessions and still had 27 remaining by the time they closed the doors. Love Zoom Room! We have been taking our dog here for a few months, and just recently got him started with agility training. The staff here have been incredibly supportive and helpful (thank you Mark, Linda, and McKinley!!), would 100% recommend!
