We’ve been coming to Zoom Room for the last 8 months and they’ve been great for setting the foundation for my rather challenging standard poodle puppy with main character syndrome. While I offer my sincere apologies to anyone who has endured an obedience class with my bark-happy dog, the trainers have been nothing but calm, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Carl and November are both amazing! We have done obedience classes, agility, and private sessions over the last six months and the difference in our dog is incredible. You have to be part of the process and want to learn but if you are invested, this team will help you work with your dog an unlock how awesome they can be.
We cannot thank Carl enough for helping to train our baby girl. She took to him immediately! It has helped her confidence so much to learn from him. Highly recommend Zoom Room and all the trainers!
Zoom Room South Austin has the specialists we needed to get our Aussie Doodle to stay calm near other dogs. Carl and Chloe, in particular, really know Doodles and are good at helping you teach them not to "react" to dogs or other things that excite them. They even own doodles themselves. I highly recommend them for people with active or reactive dogs!
Terrible experience. We have been to 7 or 8 sessions and there is zero consitency between trainers. The last session the trainer started playing hip hop music which was blaring in my ear and I could not hear anything she was saying. The point was to distract the dogs but it was too much noise. I ended up walking out after 10 min because the music was giving me a headache. Some trainers are good others are terrible.
