Should have done my research before coming here. Good for bare minimum training but it was more talking than actual exercises. We brought our dog in mainly for socialization and there was no interaction allowed between dogs. Went to 2 classes and never went back.
The trainers are wonderful, and if you can actually get in to one of their classes, its great. However, be aware of their 3 month commitment policy before signing up. We were told classes were usually easily available when we signed up, and unfortunately this was not the case at all. Their weekend group classes are usually completely booked up and wait listed, so for a working professional, their membership is impossible to use since they dont have any classes after 6:30pm on weekdays. I highly recommend the Zoom Room in Bellevue. Saber, the Manager, is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, warm, friendly and does it ALL with grace and professionalism. Our dog is close to testing for the CGC and Saber, with Assistant Manager, Remy, head trainer Princess and wonderful Advanced Obedience trainer, Mai, are all going above and beyond to ensure we achieve this huge goal so we can move on to even higher achievements down the road. Checking out the Zoom Room was one of the best decisions I’ve made! I was visiting from northern Ca to spend time with my family. My 10 year old granddaughter adores my 5 year old lab, Dawson. My family isn’t able to bring a dog into their family at this time, so I thought it would be fun to take my granddaughter to the Zoom Room to watch one of the puppy socialization classes.
