We love it here! So many different classes to keep things interesting. The trainers are great, very knowledgeable and helpful. My dog especially loves Puplates!!!
My very vocal puppy needed manners training, and I was worried he was honestly untrainable. Lisa and Casey have taken their time to get to know Norman and have been wonderful in teaching US how to train Norman. He loves the obedience classes and we love how much progress he has made already. Definitely worth it!!
The Zoom Room in West Allis is great! The facility is well equipped and very spacious. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly.
I was impressed at our orientation and remain so today. My pup is skittish of strangers (people and dogs). She cannot calm down or feel comfortable even sitting at a beer garden, even if we sit further away on the grass - feels the need to bark at everyone (tail between the legs, defensive stance). She loves all children, but the taller the human or dog, the more scared she is. The staff could not be more accommodating. They started by just giving her treats and not looking her in the eye. The trainers here are great! They use positive methods, are friendly, and very helpful when you are having struggles or questions. They make training fun instead of stressful! The flexible scheduling is also a plus. My pug puppy has already learned so much
