Unfortunately, the current Zoom Room ownership is atrocious and I would strongly suggest finding another place to train your dog. I had been going to Zoom Room for 2 years and had experienced some different trainers, some of whom were good, some bad. Over the past year I had worked with Cari, who was fantastic and clearly had shielded us from experiencing the true ownership of this franchise. Sophie and I have been going to Zoom Room classes for about 2 1/2 years and she has gone from a very reactive puppy to a much calmer and much less reactive 3 yr old dog. Cari has given me so many tools and tips to help Sophie be less reactive. She has shown me how to be a better dog parent. Sophie has always loved going to class it's been our special time together. Thanks Cari!!!

EXTREMELY RUDE trainer there today (12/6/25). I would NEVER let her come close to my dog.
Great place to bring my dog to run around and work on her training. Her obedience has improved tremendously since I started bringing her here
