I am writing to inform others of our situation it hopes they don't treat you this way. (Specifically Santa Clarita location) I couldn't be more disappointed with this whole franchise like others we were sold false promises and had to pay almost $2000 upfront. We were promised 39 sessions and still had 27 remaining by the time they closed the doors. Zoom Room is a great place to practice and proof my dog’s training! Their expert dog trainers have helped us meet my training goals for my pup! My pup also loves to attend agility and pup-lates group classes which helps build her confidence! I highly recommend training your dog or just getting some fun excercise in at zoom room!
Love Dj ‘s Obedience class. She is amazing and gives us so much help with Willow. At our 4th class, her heroic and calming demonstration showed us a powerful training tool for an energetic 10 mo. Puppy. We r learning so much and are very grateful to Dj and Zoom Room❤️
DJ at Zoom Room Culver City has been an amazing trainer and resource for us and our rescue pup who struggles with reactivity and stranger danger. DJ has gone above and beyond in working with us to really take the time to figure out our dog's needs. We even had one training session where our dog was too over threshold and overstimulated, and DJ was so kind and understanding - she let us keep our training credit and try again next time.
