I did a private training and some group classes..the staff shouldbe more responsive via email/phone. It took multiple emails to get a response. That said seems to work for some people. Not the place for my dog
Now this is the real-deal! Expert trainers are excellent, they completely understand dog (and human-) behavior, they are each really fantastic communicators, and they don’t have anything to prove (no ulterior motives, no ego-trips or eccentricities you sometimes run into with solo private trainers) — they just want you-&-your-dog to succeed. Great first impression. We signed up for a package and have met a few happy customers at the nearby dog park. Then they cancelled our appointments when I knew we had scheduled them. Hard to reach to schedule. We decided to leave the remaining sessions purchased unused.
They were super helpful and friendly explaining the training classes they offer. Great variety too!
DJ was patient and really took the time to help me with Wilma! DJ was gracious and listened to my concerns. Great trainer…best in my experience. DJ is a gifted trainer and stellar human being.
