As shown in item details sold as a 2 per pack but only sent one and then told they no longer could send me the additional item as “we don't sell this item on their (Walmart) site any longer”. But they still sell it in their store?!?
Real nice storefront, great selection for party supplies/balloons
We were so impressed with Zoom Party! They were friendly and accommodating. The balloons were perfect for my mom's surprise birthday party. She called me after the party to ask where we got our balloons because they were still floating a week later. She also commented on the little details like a ribbon curl on the balloon. We'll definitely be using this company again!
I place my order and paid additional for express delivery. I see a label was printed however my order was never shipped. I've tried calling 800# and number listed on Social Media page numerous times. ZOOM PARTY refuse to call me back or answer 800#. I ordered these items for a 60th birthday party. HORRIBLE SERVICE IT'S BEEN 4 DAYS AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T SHIPPED!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! BIG MISTAKE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
Couldn't find the store looked for over an hour. Where the address shows it is is a yard going up the hill to the businesses
