I have been beyond disappointed with Mr. Locker at every point of using their service. On my first order, less than half of the items I sent out for dry-cleaning were returned. There has been no explanation or communication about the lost items since. That's over $1,000 of dress shirts lost, including the custom tuxedo shirt tailored for my wedding. They do not pick up the phone nor answer any emails ever. Truly a very frustrating experience as my laundry has been finished for almost a week and they still have not delivered it. Update: I had to get my apartment complex involved which they finally responded to them. When they finally delivered my clothes, they provided me with the wrong access code to the locker and I still do not have my clothes. They also do not answer as always. Never using them again

After I reached out about them damaging one of my blazers, after a couple emails back and forth trying to figure out a solution, they stopped responding after multiple emails sent. They do not care about customer service.
