Apparently the Free Vacuums are only free for people that get a wash. So really not free. And they will run you out of there mid vacuuming lol
better equipment that doesnt scratch car and leave swirls. Friendlier employees.
worst experience ever. they scratched my brand new car up and refused to take accountability. they blamed me and said my car was already like that. same scratches on my neighbors car after they went through. The manager was not responsive. I had to my 300$ to get it buffed out.
Will not be using zoom again in the future, very nice people but missed the rear end of my vehicle. Used them once before and same issue. Too bad because I would like to like them!
My dad was just there today and got horribly rude service! Tried to get the $6 deal advertised for today and was told they knew nothing about it and refused to honor it.
very rude employees!! My husband went there with a coupon for a $6 ultimate was a Labor day offer...the staff claimed they didn't know anything about it...so they wouldn't honor it. He found the FB offer while he was in the wash, so he drove around to show the attendant...the attendant said my husband was rude and said he wouldn't honor it...
RecommendedI just want to recognize Rod that works at this car wash. He was so professional and helped me when my car had some extra gunk on it. He went above and beyond to help me remove it. He’s awesome and deserves to he recognized for his exceptional customer service. Oh also, the air freshener they give out smells SO GOOD. 😊
