Technicians were both kind, courteous, professional, and informative. They handled our issue, and got our drains working properly again. It was a pleasant experience, and they are great representatives of the company. I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain to handle your plumbing needs.

Had clog issues with a downspout. Mark and Dempsey came out to address it. Upon a camera inspection of my underground pipes, they found multiple breaks throughout the piping layout. In addition, they did attempt to jet out debris with minimal success because of the issues found. I’m going to have to review the proposal to fix as it will require a yard and landscape dig. That said, their customer service was outstanding. They answered my questions and felt no pressure. I recommend them for similar issues.

I am a property manager for a small Duplex community. And Thomas showed up located the clogged Sewer Line. He camera the line and showed me where the old line was crushed where it met the road . He was able. To get the line open temporarily Thomas from Zoom Drain gave a good estimate for the Sewer Line Replacement and within 24 hours had a crew onsite .
