JC came out right on time, cleared out the bellies we had, and suggested some really innovative long term fixes: options I had not been pitched by any other company that would save me money and time in the long run. Clearly an incredibly knowledgeable professional with an engineering mindset. Zoom drain again exceeds expectations, with fair pricing. He also caught a wasp out of mid-air and dispatched if it in one fluid motion—epic!
Domingo and Austin came out and hydor jetted my main line. There was a bunch of roots, and when they were done there were none. They removed all of them. Very professional experience. They showed me the camera all the way through. I will use Zoom Drain again!
JC was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, addressed our issue, made sure it was in good shape, and provided recommendations. We will definitely call again and appreciate his skilled work so much.
Needed a septic tank pumped as well as a camera scope of my drain field. Got it done. Ty and J.C. were very helpful and polite.
