Scott was great! He kept in touch before the appt and arrived on time. His knowledge was impressive as he found our issue. It turned out that our small leak was not pipe related, but that the grout in our shower wall wasn’t applied correctly.
I’ve had Zoom drain out to help with plumbing issues on two different occasions, and both times they have been excellent. Scott (their technician) was able to quickly figure out the problem, explain it clearly, and give me a fair estimate before starting the work.
