Zoom Drain came out within an hour that we called them to fix a leak that had leaked into our bottom floor from our top floor bathroom. They were informative, very kind, and got us in touch with restoration people to start on fixing the water damage on our ceiling/floor. Would absolutely recommend them!

Had a clogged drain that would not resolve with anything I tried. Called Zoom Drain. They were prompt in response. They diagnosed the issue and made sure I understood options. Tommy and Thomas were very friendly. I felt like family was helping me. If you have any plumbing issues, I highly recommend calling Zoom Drain for fast, friendly, and fair service.
Scott and Thomas went above and beyond to unclog our bathroom tub/shower drain. It was NOT a quick and easy fix, it took two days but diligence prevails in the end. Zoom Drain of Galveston was amazing, I would highly recommend them again and again, a big thank you to Thomas and Scott.
