Cody was very unprofessional. He left the tub very dirty. He broke the snake off in the drain. He could not get the snake out. Cody was cursing alot while trying to get the snake out. Eventually he left it in the drain & said it should not cause any future clogs. I believe a snake left in the drain would cause future clogs.
Ryan was professional and he communicated and he got the job done.
Antonio n two technicians were professional n thorough with completing the job n cleaning up both areas of concern. I am very pleased with the work
Our technician, Mike, arrived promptly and fixed our clogged kitchen sink quickly. Service was not the cheapest BUT for an urgent same day fix I can't complain. I'm just grateful I can wash dishes again.
