Super friendly and helpful, did a great job of explaining the problem and going over options to resolve it. Was able to get garbage disposal replaced as part of that initial visit, great experience overall.

***** and **** arrived on time, rolled up their sleeves, and set a plan to diagnose and solve our problem. Along the way, they told us what they were doing and why. It seems they found the cause of our issue and resolved it. They cleaned up and left our home in good shape. I hope we don't have to ever call them again, but if we DO have a drain back up again, I'm calling Zoom Drain.
Before starting, the Zoom Drain serviceman explained the entire process and an estimate how much the work would cost. The work took a reasonable amount of of time (a little over an hour). The serviceman confirmed the work that was done and the initial estimate was correct. Very pleased with the process & the results.
My technician troubleshooted the drain issue for hours until late at night. He didnt leave until the complete job was done right.
Zoom Drain was fantastic!! ********************* was very professional and really knew what he was doing!!! The job was not easy but they got the drain unclogged!! He kept me informed every step of the way!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!
