First, we had same day service which is impressive in todays world.***** was extraordinary in his service today. Went the extra mile to help us and ultimately our builder who found the new septic system piping was going uphill rather than down. ***** diagnosed the problem accurately and helped the builder see the issue. Would recommend your firm in a heartbeat based on *****s skill. **************
Extremely impressed with the team at Zoom Drain. I was able to schedule next day and the team arrived right at the beginning of the appointment window. After the job was finished, the techs cleaned everything up and made it seem like they were never here. They also gave great advice to avoid similar issues in the future.I'm glad I decided to give them a call and will absolutely call again, should the need arise.
