Zoom is a joke. The worst auto sales business I’ve ever encountered We got approved by Cap One within 30 minutes of submitting application. The sales person was unavailable 90% of the time during the first 2 weeks. We spoke to several different reps who always gave excuses for our assigned salesperson not being available. We were promised a call back from a Supervisor, but that call was never recd. We have decided to go elsewhere. I would never recommend this auto sales service. BAD business!!!
