I got new brake pads and rotors installed here.Afterwards, My car was making a lot of noise when braking. I came back to get it fixed. The issue did not resolve. Had to get a new set installed at another shop. The mechanic there told me whoever installed these did a bad job.

I went to Zoom Auto Care to perform a general maintenance on my car including changing the break pads, engine oil, and performing state inspection. I am very happy with the quality of work and the time it took to complete the service. The manager there is very friendly and honest and their pricing is very reasonable. I am definitely coming back for any future service on my cars.
Zoom Auto care is one of those rare shops that actually delivers on what they promise. They’re efficient, straightforward, and get vehicles in and out without delay. Every time I’ve brought a vehicle in, they’ve diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the repair clearly, and had it fixed faster than expected—without cutting corners or padding the bill. Honestly, I debated even writing this review… because once word gets out, I know they’ll get even busier—and I’ll probably have to wait longer in the future.
