I have gone twice now and both times the guy was so rude! No customer service skills at all. I have had to reset the oil light both times! Thank goodness for YouTube!! I wont be back. They make you feel like you are bothering them and I have never had a oil change where I was advised to sit in the car while it was being done. The car had to stay off so It was so hot! I’ve been coming here a relatively short time. Everyone is always polite and quick to get you in and out. Today I arrived at the Chester store before 8am. I saw a couple of employees show up but the store didn’t open. After 10 minutes I asked and was told that the boss has to open the Petersburg store first and is usually here between 8:15 to 8:30. I find this unacceptable. My suggestion is to give someone who is able to be here on time the responsibility to open the store or change your opening time. I know things can happe... read more
I love love love this place for my oil changes, I won't go anywhere else. The staff is amazing and so friendly!! Prices are amazing too!! I recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Today Mike went above and beyond! I try to teach my teenaged son about car maintenance, but somehow, he thought he was out of oil when he checked it right after Zoom-a-Lube changed it. Mike came down the road to check it for him, only to say that it's clear and not black, and it was full! We've been going here for 12 years and they are always consistent and do a great job. Locally owned, too!
