Just want to say a big thanks to Zook Motors they stream lined the buying process and made it so easy. Also I have never had a dealership take such good care of me. After purchase had a problem and they took care of the issue with no questions ask. I highly recommend Zook Motors for your next purchase. Great dealership with great people.
The entire experience was very *********** was very laid back and friendly. We got a great deal with very little haggling required. They took care of calling my insurance company to get my new truck added, which I've never had any dealership handle in the past. Best dealership I've ever dealt with.

I purchased a 2021 Big Bend Bronco Sport a few weeks ago. I absolutely LOVE it. Mandy, Brandon and the whole team were wonderful to work with. Very patient and understanding. Some may think I may be to old for a Sporty Bronco (Sr. Citizen age), but It is so much easier to get in and out of, much more room in front, I can see the front fenders and hood, and I can reach the windshield to clean it much easier than in my former Escape. Best car buying experience we’ve ever had! Have been looking for a truck for over a year, I found what I was looking for at Zook motors. Called salesman Joe, he held it for me, took the 1 1/2 hour drive to look at it. It was well worth the drive. Truck was as it was listed online, no surprises. Drove 3 hours to Zook to help my son's girlfriend purchase a used vehicle; couldn't match the quality, low mileage & price. We couldn't have been more pleased. They were very easy to deal with, super personable. Our salesperson, Mandy, went out of her way to help and Sue, the owner, was fantastic. If you need a good quality vehicle, I would recommend Zook.

This is our third vehicle purchased at Zook Motors in the last seven years. Joe R*** was our Sales Consultant for all three vehicles and did a great job getting us lined out quickly with the vehicles we wanted. Follow up routine PM vehicle service has also been very good. I've been going to Zook Motors for years now. Though I've only purchased one vehicle from them, my husband and I prefer their service department over other dealerships in the area.
